Questions, answered

What business owners ask before they start with AI.

Straight answers on what the system does, what it costs, how long it takes and who stays in control. If your question is not here, ask it on the call.

Getting started

Where do I even start with AI for my business?

Start with the one place work is leaking: unanswered inquiries, a calendar that never fills, or follow-up that never happens. On the discovery call we look at how people currently reach you and what happens after they do, then pick the single highest-impact fix first. You do not need an AI strategy before you can benefit from AI.

Why hire a consultant instead of setting up the tools myself?

You can absolutely assemble tools yourself. Most owners who try it end up with five subscriptions that do not talk to each other, and nobody owning the result. We build one connected system, write the bilingual copy inside it, and stay responsible for keeping it running so it is not another thing on your list.

Is my business too small for this?

Small businesses are who this is built for. The smaller the team, the more each missed inquiry costs, because there is no second person to catch it. Our smallest plan exists precisely for one- and two-person operations.

Do you only work with businesses in Ottawa–Gatineau?

Ottawa–Gatineau is home, and it shapes how we work: everything is built bilingual by default because that is what this market needs. The work itself is remote-friendly, so businesses elsewhere are welcome.

What it actually does

Can AI answer my phone and book my clients?

Booking and messaging are the core of what we build: a bilingual booking flow tied to your real availability, instant acknowledgement on every inquiry, and answers to your most common questions at any hour. Voice call handling is possible and we scope it on the call, because it depends on your current phone setup.

How does this reduce no-shows?

Every booking gets an automatic confirmation, then a reminder before the appointment, in the client's language. Rescheduling is one tap instead of a phone call, which turns a silent no-show into a moved appointment you can still fill.

What does the follow-up automation actually send?

Sequences we write with you and you approve before anything goes out. Nothing is sent in your name that you have not read, and every message includes a way to reach a human.

How do you help with Google reviews?

We build a properly structured Google Business Profile and add a respectful review request after a completed visit, at the moment the client is most likely to say yes. We never write, buy, or fabricate reviews.

Will this work with the tools I already use?

That is the starting assumption. We look at your calendar, inbox and booking tool first and connect to what already works rather than replacing it. Where something genuinely blocks the system, we tell you why before changing anything.

Is everything really bilingual?

Yes. The site, the forms, the confirmations, the reminders and the follow-up sequences all exist in English and French, and the client is answered in the language they wrote in.

Pricing and commitment

What does the implementation fee cover?

It is charged once, at the start, and covers the kickoff session, the build and the go-live. Recurring billing then runs monthly for hosting, maintenance, monitoring and the ongoing optimization work.

Why is there a monthly fee at all?

Because a live system is not a delivered file. Hosting, monitoring, copy changes, availability changes and the monthly review all continue after launch. If you only want a one-time build, that is what Éclat is for.

What happens if I stop?

Your content and your data are yours. We hand over what is portable and explain plainly what depends on our hosting and would stop working. Nothing is held hostage. Exact notice terms are in the agreement we send before you commit.

Which plan should I choose?

It follows how much of the customer journey you want handled and how much optimization you want each month. On the discovery call we recommend one and tell you if a smaller plan would do the job just as well.

What is the founding client rate?

A limited number of early positions at a reduced rate, in exchange for working closely with us and, if you are happy, an honest review. The remaining positions are shown live on the founding client page — when they are gone, they are gone.

One-time projects (Éclat)

What if I just want a website, with no monthly plan?

That is Éclat: a one-time build, paid as a deposit and a balance, with a defined hosting period included. No recurring plan required, and you can move to a monthly plan later if you want the system side.

What does “every page in your approved project scope” mean?

Before the build we agree in writing on the list of pages. Every page on that list is built, in both languages. Pages added after that are quoted separately, so there is no ambiguity in either direction.

What happens when the included hosting period ends?

We contact you before it ends with two options: continue on a small hosting arrangement, or move the site to hosting you control. You will not be surprised by a site going dark.

Data, trust and control

What happens to my customers' information?

It is collected to do the job it was given: answer, book, remind, follow up. We do not sell it and we do not reuse it for other clients. The privacy policy sets out what is collected and how to request deletion.

What if the AI says something wrong to a client?

Automated answers are limited to content you approved, and anything outside it is handed to a human instead of guessed at. Every automated message offers a way to reach you directly.

Do I stay in control of what goes out?

Yes. You approve the copy, the sequences and the timing before launch, and you can ask us to change or pause any of it at any point.

Is this going to replace my staff?

It removes the after-hours and repetitive part of the work: the same five questions, the reminder nobody sent, the follow-up that got skipped. The conversations that actually need a person still go to a person.

Working with us

How long does it take to go live?

It depends on scope and on how quickly content and access come back to us. We give you a dated timeline at the end of the discovery call, before you commit to anything, rather than a generic promise here.

How much work is this for me?

One kickoff session, your real availability and service details, access to your existing accounts, and approval of the copy. We write the drafts so you are editing rather than starting from a blank page.

How will I know if it is working?

A short monthly report in plain language: what came in, what got booked, where it came from, and the two or three changes worth making next. Not a dashboard that answers nothing.

What happens on the discovery call?

We ask how customers reach you today and what happens next, then name the biggest leak and what fixing it would involve. It is free, and you leave with a recommendation whether or not you work with us.

Still deciding?

The discovery call is free and ends with a straight recommendation, whether or not you work with us. Bring the question this page did not answer.
